Senator Wilken moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 20 An Act                              
transferring to the Department of Health and Social Services the               
authority to license all assisted living facilities; eliminating the           
authority of the Department of Administration to license assisted              
living facilities; and providing for an effective date. Without                
objection, it was so ordered.
